Jarry Valcarcel | Attorney, Immigration and Naturalization Law

Jarry Valcarcel has exclusively practiced Immigration and Naturalization Law since 2007. Before establishing his solo immigration practice in October 2015, he was an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in San Francisco, where he handled complex immigration cases. He represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the San Francisco Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the USCIS Administrative Appeals Office, and the Asylum Office.

As a first-generation immigrant, Jarry’s journey ignited his passion for immigration and naturalization law. Navigating the complexities of the immigration system firsthand inspired him to help others facing similar challenges. He finds the practice deeply rewarding, as it allows him to assist individuals from around the world in obtaining legal status and pursuing the American Dream.
