Join Amani Family Services, and others across the world, to celebrate the 2026 Welcoming Week! Welcoming Week provides individuals and organizations the opportunity to showcase their values through events and initiatives that foster connections and collaboration between immigrants and non-immigrants, as well as belonging for all.

Welcoming Week is an annual campaign that celebrates the work in communities to become welcoming places for all, including immigrants.

Do you know a local individual or organization who regularly demonstrates a strong commitment to multiculturalism and creating a welcoming community for everyone?

Consider nominating them for a 2026 Welcoming Award. Categories include Lifetime Achiever, Emerging Leader, Welcoming Nonprofit and a Welcoming Business. Nominations are open through Monday, August 24, 2026.

All nominations are scored by an independent selection committee. Award Recipients will be honored at the 5th Annual Welcoming Awards Breakfast on Friday, September 18th.
