In August, Amani opened our doors to Amani’s first ELL class! We are so grateful to partner with The Literacy Alliance through the Project Connect English Language Learners program.
Through Project Connect, Amani’s clients are able to practice basic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills by utilizing real-life examples. The program is free of charge for students. Creating equitable access to language services and education is crucial to a better quality of life, workforce development and to developing spaces of belonging. We are truly thankful to collaborate on this initiative.
