Welcoming Week 2021 will be held September 10 through September 19 to celebrate “Belonging Begins with US” across several free and family-friendly events throughout Allen County: not sure this applies. Amani Family Services joins over # organizations across the community for a series of events that provides an opportunity for neighbors to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community. Events that are taking place during Welcoming Week include:

Welcome Fair on Saturday, September 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Jackson Lehman YMCA Branch (5680 YMCA Park Drive West). The event will include community resources, ethnic music performances, local food vendors and truck, soccer and other kids activities

The promotion of 2021 Diversity Awards. The event will take place on Friday October 22 and the nomination process is open to honor outstanding immigrants and refugees and all those companies and individuals that work to create a welcoming community. Nominations are accepted at www.welcomingfw.org
